Cancellation Policy

1. Client Fees Fees collected by Go Solo, LLC cover concierge services such as itinerary creation, travel planning, and support. These fees do not include tours, excursions, flights, accommodations, or other travel-related expenses, which remain the client's responsibility. 2. Booking Requests Booking confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of request submission. All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings (less than 7 days) may incur additional fees and are subject to availability. 3. Changes to Bookings Change requests, including date or itinerary modifications, must be submitted in writing to gosolo@xploresolo.com. Approval is subject to availability and may involve additional fees. Significant changes made within 14 days of the service start date may be treated as cancellations and rebookings, with applicable fees. 4. Cancellations and Modifications Go Solo, LLC will assist with changes or cancellations in collaboration with third-party providers. Fees depend on the providers' policies. Concierge fees are nonrefundable. 5. Third-Party Booking Fees Refunds for third-party bookings are subject to the respective provider’s policies. Go Solo, LLC will assist with requests but cannot guarantee refunds. Processing fees or restrictions may apply. 6. Travel Insurance Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, or emergencies. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate booking details, review itineraries for errors, and report issues immediately. Required travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas) is the client’s responsibility. 8. Liability Go Solo, LLC acts as an agent to arrange services and is not liable for injury, loss, or delays caused by third-party providers or unforeseen events.
